HIST 453**. Patterns of Global History

This course introduces students to the literature, concepts, themes and methodology of global history, a subfield of history that seeks to compare experiences across regional, area, cultural and temporal boundaries, to look at cross-cultural interactions and to examine large-scale patterns that have shaped history on a global scale. Prerequisite:  HIST 101 , HIST 102  and HIST 395 .
